Senior AI Engineer

Garba is an AI sales hire for revenue teams across Europe. It joins the calls, keeps track of every deal and handles the busywork, so salespeople can spend their time selling. More and more of that work is done by agents acting on their own.

We build Garba the same way: AI first. Coding agents write nearly all of our code, and most of us haven’t opened an IDE in weeks. Our time is spent helping the agents move forward: architecture, evals, and deciding what good looks like. If that sounds normal to you, keep reading.

What you’ll build

• Agents that take real work off salespeople’s plates, reliably enough that customers trust them to act on their own
• Everything that makes them trustworthy: evals, data pipelines, and integrations with CRMs and meeting tools
• New architecture from scratch where the old one no longer fits
• Whatever comes next, as fast as the models allow

The stack

.NET / C#, PostgreSQL, React + TypeScript. LLMs, agents and MCP on top. We switch models the week a better one ships.

You are

• Senior. You’ve designed and run production systems, and you have the scars to prove it.
• Hands-on with LLMs. You’ve shipped agents, RAG or eval pipelines to real users, not just demos.
• The kind of person who reads the papers and release notes the day they drop, and has opinions about them.
• Strong in .NET, or strong enough elsewhere to pick it up in a week (with an agent’s help).
• Based in or near Malmö, and in the office 3-4 days a week.

Extra points

• You build in public: talks, a blog, open-source tools, meetups.
• You can show us something you shipped recently without writing a single line of code yourself.
