Your CRM shows you a list of deals and a number next to each one. Garba reads every call, every email, every thread behind those deals - and tells you which ones are real, which ones are slipping, and what to do about it.
Most tools summarize your last call. Garba builds a complete picture of the deal from everything in it - every meeting, every email, every stakeholder who showed up or went quiet. It knows who is actually involved, what was said and committed, and what has changed since. No rep notes required, no "did you update the deal?" messages. The analysis comes from the conversations themselves.
Every team has a qualification framework. Almost none use it consistently, because scoring deals is manual work reps do from memory, at quarter end, under pressure. Garba scores every deal against your framework - MEDDPICC, SPICED or BANT out of the box, or your own - straight from the conversations. Not "Champion: yes" but "Champion: Anna Lindqvist, drove the last two meetings, escalated internally on May 14."
Garba watches every deal for the signals that predict slippage - and flags them while there is still time to act. Signals it catches: Champions who have gone quiet Close dates that no longer add up against the activity in the deal Competitors entering the conversation Single-threaded deals where one person is the whole relationship Momentum drops - meeting cadence slowing, replies getting shorter Every flag comes with a reason and a next step. A warning without a recommendation is just anxiety. When Garba flags a deal, it tells you why - and what to do: "No contact with the economic buyer in 24 days. Anna committed to an internal review on May 14 that hasn't been mentioned since. Suggested action: follow up on the review outcome before proposing the pilot."
Set up a deal agent and Garba scans your open pipeline on its own - every deal, on a schedule you choose - and comes back with what it would do next. Not a report. A list of moves: "Acme has stalled at proposal for 12 days. Send the usage-based option you discussed on the May 2 call." A tool answers when you ask. A hire shows up Monday morning with a plan for the week.
Open your pipeline and every deal has its analysis attached - qualification score, risk flags, what changed since last week. Reps walk into forecast calls knowing what will be asked, with the evidence to answer it. Managers run review from what actually happened, not what reps typed in. The Monday meeting stops being twenty minutes of "so where are we with Acme?" and becomes ten of decisions.
When a new deal enters the pipeline, Garba already knows how deals like it have gone - same segment, same competitor, same objections in the first call. What separated the deals you won from the ones you lost, surfaced on the deals live now. Account memory persists across reps, quarters and re-engagements - nothing leaves with a territory change. Your newest rep gets your best rep's experience.
Deal analysis doesn't live in a separate tab you forget to check. Garba writes what it learns back to your CRM - stakeholders, next steps, qualification fields, risk status - so your system of record is actually a record.

“The time saved on admin we expected. What surprised us was finally being able to ask questions across the whole pipeline and get an honest answer - it changed how we run our weekly reviews.”
