Summer is over, and it was a busy one: since our last update we've shipped about 30 releases. Here are the highlights: Blueprints, Skills Scorecards, more of your data in Claude and ChatGPT, deal analysis on Pipedrive and two new phone integrations.

Blueprints lets you set up content templates with precision.
Choose your structure, keep your standard content, and let Garba fill in the customer-specific details from your conversations.
Start with a document you already use, or build a Blueprint by chatting with Garba. Adjust what goes where, preview the result, and publish it for reuse.
Proposals, quotes, business cases. Your format, with the right context.
Read more about BlueprintsWe've renamed Playbooks to Scorecards and added a new way to evaluate your calls: Skills Scorecards.
Playbooks checked whether something happened on a call. That's now called a Coverage Scorecard. Skills Scorecards go a step further and look at how well each part of the call was executed, scored against your own criteria.
“Did we cover budget on the call?”
Answered Yes, Partially or No.
“How well did the rep tailor the presentation to the customer's pain points?”
Scored 1 to 5 on your criteria.
Here's what a Skills Scorecard result looks like:

Run both on the same call to see what was covered and how well it was handled.

Deal & Pipeline analysis now runs on Pipedrive, and deal scores got sharper on every CRM.
Full deal scoring, with won and lost deals marked as closed, close dates coming through and field sync working.
A deal that goes silent no longer keeps its score forever. Garba learns how long a normal pause is from your won deals and only lowers the score after a longer silence. A customer meeting booked in the next 45 days pauses the fade.
Add someone as a contact on a deal in your CRM, and their recent meetings get linked to it, in Garba and in the CRM. Emails follow the deal's contacts too, so a partner on the same domain no longer lands on the wrong deal.
