This is the closest comparison we publish. Both are Nordic, both are built for sales teams, and both automate CRM updates, notes and follow-ups. Flowmeets is based in Stockholm; we're in Malmö.
Choose Garba if you want depth on the sales-intelligence side — deal context, pipeline risk, playbook scoring — and if rep adoption is the thing that failed last time.
Choose Flowmeets if coaching needs to happen during the call rather than after it, or if built-in scheduling and a shared library of top performers' calls are things you'd otherwise buy separately.

Live coaching — Flowmeets's strongest card
Garba
Garba scores the call against your playbook immediately after it ends, so the rep gets objective feedback while the conversation is still fresh and without waiting on a manager. Fast, but after the fact.
Flowmeets
Flowmeets coaches live, during the call — guidance while the conversation is still happening rather than a verdict afterwards. That's a genuinely different product decision and we don't do it.
If your reps need prompting in the moment — a ramping team, a complex objection-handling motion — that's the reason to pick them, and no amount of post-call scoring substitutes for it.
Scheduling and the call library
Garba
Garba doesn't ship scheduling links or a call library. It's built around the deal: what happened, what it means for the pipeline, what should happen next.
Flowmeets
Flowmeets includes built-in scheduling and a knowledge hub that collects top performers' calls for the rest of the team to learn from. If you'd otherwise buy a scheduling tool separately, that's real consolidation and a fair reason to choose them.
Depth of sales intelligence
Garba
Garba is built to answer "what's actually happening in this deal, and what should happen next" — deal context extracted from every conversation, pipeline risk signals, playbook scoring, and CRM fields kept current without a rep typing.
Flowmeets
Flowmeets has strong meeting-workflow automation, and its roots are in notetaking and scheduling. The sales-intelligence layer is newer and less documented publicly — which isn't a criticism of the product so much as a note that there's less to evaluate before you buy.
Proof of adoption
Garba
BIMobject moved 50+ Gong licences to Garba in 2025 and reached adoption across the revenue team in week one, without a change programme or rep incentives. It's the thing we'd point at first, because adoption is where most tools in this category quietly fail.
Flowmeets
Flowmeets doesn't publish a comparable adoption case study. That's a statement about what's available to read, not about how their customers are doing — but if you've bought a tool before that reps quietly ignored, published proof is worth asking for from any vendor, including us.
Compliance and data residency
Garba
Garba processes 100% of customer data in the EU by default, with a DPA as standard.
Flowmeets
Flowmeets states GDPR compliance and is based in Stockholm. Their site lists SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 as in progress rather than complete, and we couldn't find a specific data-location statement.
Both worth raising in a security review — being Nordic and being EU-resident are related but not the same claim, and "in progress" is a normal place for a young company to be, as long as you know it going in.
Price
Garba
Garba's pricing is custom, which is a worse answer for a procurement process than a published one. The reference point: BIMobject at roughly a third of their previous Gong contract.
Flowmeets
Flowmeets publishes: €29 per seat per month for Navigator (scheduling), €49 for Voyager (adds transcription), €59 for Admiral (adds AI coaching and intelligence). Worth reading the tiers rather than the range — the coaching that differentiates them sits at the top one.
Choose Garba when — you want deal and pipeline intelligence rather than meeting workflow; adoption is the risk you're managing and you want published proof; EU processing needs to be the default; CRM hygiene without chasing anyone is the core job.
Choose Flowmeets when — coaching has to happen during the call; built-in scheduling and a shared call library would replace other tools; published per-seat pricing matters to your process.
Flowmeets. They coach live, during the call. Garba scores the call against your playbook immediately afterwards, which is fast but is still after the fact. If coaching needs to happen in the moment, Flowmeets is the right choice and we'd say so.
Flowmeets states GDPR compliance on their site and is based in Stockholm. We couldn't find a specific statement of where data is stored or processed, and their site lists SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 as in progress rather than complete. None of that is unusual for a young company, but all of it is worth confirming in writing if you have a formal security review.
Yes. Garba processes 100% of customer data within the EU by default, with nothing to configure, and a Data Processing Agreement is provided as standard. Garba AI AB is a Swedish company based in Malmö.
Flowmeets publishes per-seat pricing: €29 per month for Navigator, which covers scheduling; €49 for Voyager, which adds transcription; and €59 for Admiral, which adds AI coaching and intelligence. Read the tiers rather than the range, since the coaching features that differentiate the product sit at the top tier. Garba's pricing is custom.
Yes. Both auto-fill CRM fields from call data with no manual rep input. Garba's is field-level and sales-specific — deal context, next steps, custom properties written into HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
Garba has a published case study: BIMobject replaced 50+ Gong licences and reached team-wide adoption in the first week. Flowmeets doesn't publish a comparable one, which is a statement about available evidence rather than about their customers. Ask any vendor in this category for adoption proof, including us.

Marcus Norrving
CEO & co-founder at Garba
Co-founded Garba after helping build Notified, the PR and investor-communications platform acquired by West Corp in 2019 - hiring the reps, running the pipeline, and writing the 9pm follow-ups. Started Garba in Malmö the moment AI could do that work instead of just recording it.
Flowmeets is our closest competitor and we have tried to be fair to them — the live-coaching and scheduling rows go their way. Their pricing and certifications here come from their own site. Something out of date or wrong? Email support@garba.ai and we will correct it.
